Home Staging enables people to sell their home quicker and for more money. When buyers are looking for a new home they need to see the potential that a home can provide for them.

1. Beginning with a consultation consisting of a walk-through of the house and a discussion of what areas need attention.

2. Options available:
       •  Homeowner can perform the changes that need to be made or hire  
          tradesmen.
       •  Homeowner can hire me to coordinate tradesmen to do the changes
          and oversee the project.

3. After all the work is completed, I will return to do the final furniture placement and accessorizing. If furniture rental is needed, I can also arrange this.

4. A contract and fee schedule will be discussed before any work is done.
